  1. Rates are Ex-works and subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

  2. Actual packing and forwarding would be charged extra.

  3. Supply of stores is normally within 2/3 weeks but subject to quantum of order and availability of raw material.

  4. State/Central Sales Tax as applicable will be charged extra.

  5. 30% of the payment be forwarded along with the order.

  6. Balance at the time of dispatch or  through bank/COD.

  7. Every care is taken at the time of packing but we cease our responsibility of loss of breakage occurred is transit.

  8. Illustrations are subject to change due to continuous R & D without any notice.

  9. All equipments are thoroughly checked and tested before dispatch. Warranty stands valid only against defective parts.

  10. All disputes are subject to Ambala Jurisdiction.
